As the brand keepers, the Content Factory not only generated ideas for copy and visuals, we also ensured the NESCAFÉ visual identity and tone of voice were unified across multiple markets around the globe.

At its peak we created 20+ content pieces per month with our small team of creatives. Regularly adapted by 90 markets, our aim was always to engage and entertain, in order to strengthen NESCAFÉ's global consumer base and draw them away from competitors.
